Evolution: From Pain to Purpose
Matrix Warriors Organization was born from the unwavering courage of a young boy who turned his personal struggles into a mission for change. At the age of 11, Aditya Khobragade stood up against injustice by saving a girl from assault an act that revealed his inner warrior. Just a year later, he experienced profound loss when his mother died by suicide on his birthday. At 14, life took another turn as he was forced out of his own home, with no parental support.
But instead of surrendering, he chose to rise.
With sheer willpower and a burning desire to protect and uplift others, Aditya began training in self-defense, rescuing animals, and supporting those in need. What began as a personal stand soon evolved into a larger movement Matrix Warriors Organization, a dynamic and youth-led platform dedicated to social reform, protection, and empowerment.
Since our humble beginning, every milestone attained by the Matrix Warriors Organization has been a testament to our community’s unrelenting dedication and support. From our initial grassroots efforts, which touched countless lives, to expanding our impact across Nagpur and beyond, each achievement reflects a step forward in our mission to bring lasting and meaningful change.
Our journey is defined by the smiles we’ve spread, the lives we’ve transformed, and the hopes we’ve reignited. With each accomplishment, we strengthen our resolve to serve humanity with compassion, courage, and integrity.

😊 SMILESTONES
2016
It all began with Founder Mr. Aditya’s individual efforts, starting with rescuing injured and abandoned animals, driven by compassion and a sense of responsibility toward voiceless beings
2017
We independently began weapon and self-defense training with a group of dedicated friends, which eventually led to our first public demonstration at Government Polytechnic, Nagpur.
2018
Our very first group donation activity was conducted at Jeevandhara Specially Abled School in Nagpur, marking the beginning of our collective efforts toward social responsibility and inclusion
2019
We began impactful initiatives like tree plantation drives for environmental awareness, manja collection campaigns to protect birds, and donation drives to support the needy with essential items.
2020
MWO was officially registered as a society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Our diplomatic front grew stronger as we established dedicated Boards and began developing both Public Relations (PR) and Human Resources (HR) divisions
2021
Our signature event, Khushiyaan 3.0, made history by setting a world record—coloring 12,000 diyas in just 12 consecutive hours, spreading light, joy, and unity through community participation
2022
With impactful initiatives like Mission Shakti—a powerful self-defense awareness drive, the inauguration of Yoddhangan—our warrior training unit, the heartwarming success of Khushiyan 4.0, and the dynamic FlashMob Series for social awareness, Matrix Warriors continued to engage youth and the community through action-driven movements
2023
Our involvement in the Swachh Survekshan campaign with Nagpur Municipal Corporation became a key milestone in our journey, highlighting our commitment to civic responsibility. In the same year, we also signed an MoU with Annovatix Global- upGrad, opening new avenues for youth development and skill-building—marking the beginning of MWO’s potential growth phase
2024
Mission Shakti was successfully conducted in the western region of Maharashtra, empowering individuals with self-defense techniques. Alongside this, we launched the FlashMob Awareness Series as part of an election campaign, creatively encouraging voter participation and civic responsibility through engaging street performances
2025
We marked a new chapter by shifting to our new office space, which enhanced our operational capacity and organizational reach. During this phase, we actively engaged in various CSR activities, reinforcing our commitment to social welfare. Additionally, we launched a Social Entrepreneurship initiative under our Livelihood Cell, aimed at empowering underprivileged individuals by creating sustainable income opportunities and skill-based development

A dedicated animal rescuer and certified self-defense instructor, he actively leads across strategic planning, youth empowerment, training systems, public relations, and social innovation—ensuring every initiative reflects the organization’s mission to build a fearless and compassionate generation.
Ms. Nandini Menjoge

Nandini Menjoge is the organizational backbone of Matrix Warriors Organization. With sharp leadership, a deep sense of social responsibility, and hands-on involvement in operations, she oversees administrative frameworks, team coordination, and program execution. A passionate youth leader and social welfare contributor, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every initiative runs smoothly, impactfully, and with purpose.
